We are very excited to announce that the French brand LeBeauTom is now available in our shop. Our most loyal readers may remember the presentation of this brand a few weeks ago. After testing their products (the reviews are coming soon, stay tuned!) and being very happy with the quality and construction of the garments, we decided to add this brand to our shop this autumn and invite you all to try it out.
LeBeauTom is a gay-owned and operated brand and our shop is an active supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. The company Le Beau Tom & Co was founded by a sweet and nice guy, Arnaud, in parallel with his main activity, working as a steward in a French airline. The name of the brand, as many of you have already suspected, is a play with the English word “bottom”. LeBeauTom is based and designed in France and manufactured in Portugal. The fabrics have an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 verification, woven and dyed in Portugal from cotton imported from the United States. The collection comprises briefs and boxers in four colours, all made with a medium-weight 92% cotton and 8% elastane blend fabric: Greendr, Sendnude, Bluejob and Black. The silhouettes are easy to wear, mid-rise with a lined pouch. The pouch has some contouring to it so it will give you space and support. The waistband is black, brand free, soft and stretchy. The branding is very discreet, there is a little white label with the symbol of the brand.
Its founder came up with the name 12 years ago. It was that time when he started his first relationship with a guy, the same time when the idea of starting his own underwear brand came to him. Several years later and after a break-up and a new relationship, Arnaud decided that he couldn’t keep his dream on hold any longer. He wanted his brand to be a nod to the gay community, and the name “Le Beau Tom” has already carried a strong connotation. But what would make his brand really unique was for the product to represent himself: Simple, caring and joyful.
Men and Underwear – The Shop is now offering the 8-pieces collection of the brand in its entirety. The collection is available via our online shop and our physical shop in Thessaloniki, Greece. Have a look below at the photos of the products and show your support to a new, gay-owned brand and help Arnaud make his dreams come true!
